For as long as I remember, I've been interested in alternative health which led me to study many different therapies and practices including Ayurvedic Cosmetology, Panchakarma Therapy and Ayurvedic Massage, BreathWork, Colon Hydrotherapy, Metaphysics, Reflexology, Reiki and Spiritual Mind Treatment and I have a Doctorate in Metaphysical Science (Msc.D.) (Sedona). 

I am a certified Advanced Colon Hydrotherapist and was internationally registered with RICTAT (UK) for many years. I am also certified as a Functional Medicine Health Coach (US) and this has been a great help, especially when coaching clients struggling with IBS and other gut related issues. I studied IBS through an Australian guru and have a program specially tailored to address the discomfort experienced by IBS sufferers.

I'm acutely interested in the underlying causes of disease, especially autoimmune issues, and how one can encourage, promote and sustain optimal wellness. This prompted me to study to be a Functional Medicine Coach in order to add more value to my current practice.

My interest in people and my belief in the benefits of Colon Hydrotherapy and Holistic Healing spurred me on to open my beautiful clinic in Dowerglen, Edenvale (Gauteng, Johannesburg, South Africa). My personal goal is to add value, help educate people about nutrition and caring for their wellbeing through food, and to exceed peoples' expectations of Colon Hydrotherapy and health in general.

I have lived and worked in many different countries and I love travelling and exploring new cultures. I have walked two Camino’s (Portugal/Spain) and hope to walk one each year, as it reminds me to get out of my head and into my body.

Many fascinating people have crossed my path both as students and teachers of life, and I learn something new each day - I feel truly blessed!

ABOUT INGO

Dr Ingo Grannersberger Msc.D. (Metaphysical Science - Sedona) is an experienced SCIO practitioner. He has a passion for all things natural and is constantly studying in order to gain as much knowledge about the functioning of the human mind and body as is possible. 

In line with this passion, Ingo studied Jason Vale's comprehensive Juice Therapy Course and attended Jason Vale's Juice Academy in England. He is delighted to be South Africa's FIRST registered Independent Natural Juice Therapist! The course involved an in-depth study of Biology; Anatomy and Physiology; Nutrition and Juicing. This course is accredited by the UK Complementary Medical Association and ‘Juice Master' is a UK registered and recognized School of Natural Juice Therapy. Ingo is however an independent therapist working in South Africa.

Ingo is a highly experienced pilot and uses every opportunity he has to enjoy fly-in adventures to magnificent places around South Africa.
